This studio apartment occupies entire fourth floor (loft) of Pomenic house. The floor has it's separate entrance. There are two belvedere windows, sea view window and windows overlooking the street. Small bathroom and WC is for sole use of this studio. Small kitchenette cooking facilities also included.

• Prices includes bed linen, electricity, water, gas and end cleaning.
• Deposit 30 % AFTER RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED
• Full balance 6 weeks before arrival
• Flights, transfers, rent a car or rent a boat available through our sister company in UK
